Ikonik provides marketing systems, software access, coaching, consulting, and done-for-you services as described on our websites or in your order form. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are set out in the offer you accept at checkout.
5. Payment & billing
- Fees are charged in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
- Recurring subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled in your account settings.
- One-time fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in the offer (for example, a written money-back guarantee).
- You authorize us and our payment processor (Stripe) to charge the payment method on file for all fees due.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the services for any unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or infringing purpose.
- Send spam, unsolicited messages, or violate applicable telemarketing, SMS, or anti-spam laws (including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, and CTIA guidelines).

All Ikonik content, templates, frameworks, software, and trademarks remain our property. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use them solely for your own business while your account is in good standing. Materials you provide remain yours; you grant us a license to use them to deliver the services.
8. No earnings guarantee
Marketing, sales, and business results vary widely based on effort, market, and execution. We do not guarantee specific results, income, or outcomes from using our services.
9. Disclaimers
The services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ikonik will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the services will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ikonik from any claim arising out of your use of the services, your content, or your breach of these Terms.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
13. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court.
14. Changes
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
