1. Program description
Ikonik Marketing operates an SMS program to send account, transactional, and (with your consent) marketing messages such as updates, reminders, appointment confirmations, build status, and special offers.
2. Opt-in / consent
By submitting your mobile number through an Ikonik form and checking the consent box, you expressly authorize Ikonik Marketing to send recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages (e.g., cart reminders, updates, offers) to the mobile number you provided, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your activity and the program. You may receive up to 10 messages per month for marketing in addition to transactional and service messages.
4. Message & data rates
Message & data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for the details of your plan. Ikonik is not responsible for any carrier charges incurred.
5. Opt-out (STOP)
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to any message we send you. After you reply STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation message and will not send any further messages. You can re-subscribe at any time by opting in again.
6. Help (HELP)
For help, reply HELP to any message or email office@ikonikmktg.com. We will respond with support contact information.
7. Supported carriers
Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and most other major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Privacy
We respect your privacy. We will not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in data, or any SMS-related consent information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
9. Changes
We may update these SMS Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued enrollment in the program constitutes acceptance.
