The founder

Ikonik is spelled with a K on purpose.

We could have spelled it Iconic and disappeared into a thousand agencies with the same name. We broke the spelling so you would never mistake us for anyone else. That is the whole business, actually. Your work is already good. We make it impossible to overlook.

And the K is not just for recognition. It is my initial.

I'm Kaila. At eight years old I was standing at a whiteboard teaching my teddy bears. At eighteen I started my first business, and I have never had a job since. Today I run five businesses on the same systems we install for clients: a marketing company, a mentorship program, salon suites, and rental properties. All of it still starts on an eight-foot whiteboard in my living room.

That is what Ikonik installs. Not theory from a course. The actual operating system I run my own businesses on, in businesses you can walk into.

Here is why: I watch talented owners lose clients every week to competitors with worse work and better systems. That is backwards, and it is fixable. You should not have to become a marketer to be found, chosen, and paid what your work is worth.

So my name is in the mark, and my systems are in your business. We build the machine. You do the work you are great at.
