I'm Kaila Raymond, founder of Ikonik Marketing and a 10X Business Coach with Grant Cardone.

For the last 12+ years, I've been obsessed with understanding social media, branding, business systems, and what actually makes people buy online. I didn't come from a perfect roadmap or a massive startup budget. I built my businesses through creativity, consistency, relationships, and learning how to turn attention into income.

What started with content creation and social media eventually evolved into building multiple income streams through marketing, coaching, Airbnb, salon suites, automation systems, and digital positioning.
